They soon noticed that it was very difficult to restart cars after 6 months of storage. The lubricant became acidic when reacting to the humidity in air, causing piston rings to stick. Additives made this problem worse, so the idea to inject a soft resin to protect the metallic parts was born. The only possible solution was to create a miscible but non soluble component for the oil.

The solution was found after three years of research. At 43°Celsius, A9 Technology flocculates in the oil and forms a Remnant Film measuring 0.1 micron, thus providing extreme resistance against friction. The effect was seen immediately in those classic collector`s cars which started without problems and ran more effectively than before.

Further test revealed several other advantages of this extraordinary technology. These were specifically a reduction of emissions from petrol and diesel vehicles as well as those using renewable energy. To see the full list of benefits provided by A9 Technology visit the page Benefits of A9.

A9 Technology today remains the only invention and product worldwide as a non soluble oil component with unique solutions for extreme reduction of toxic emissions like CO, HC, NOX and resistance against friction.
